Position Summary

The Manager of Student Accounts and Loans plans, directs, and participates in billing collecting and reporting of student accounts receivable.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervision of student loan processing, billing and collections of multiple loan programs.
  • Verify and review accuracy of billing system calculation process, includes maintenance for each term billing cycle.
  • Resolve complex and sensitive individual billing/collection situations with students and families, requiring substantial problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, 3 – 5 years of billing, collections, customer service and supervisor experience are required.

 

Proficiency in Word, Excel required. People Soft experience preferred.
