Join our team of water experts! We are looking for a team player who can or is willing to learn how to pull water pumps, repair water lines, conducts routine system checks, has experience
operating heavy equipment and operate a vactor truck. Water treatment experience is a plus!

Public Utility District No. 1 of Thurston County (Thurston PUD) was officially formed in 1938 by a vote of the people. We currently own and operate 279 water systems, serving approximately 9,704 families, businesses, schools, and parks. Thurston PUD provides water planning and utility services to the citizens of Thurston County, and also own and operate water systems in Pierce and Lewis counties, one water system in King County, and a few water systems in Grays Harbor and Kitsap counties.
