The Skokomish Indian Tribe is seeking to hire Office Manager. The incumbent is responsible for the non-clinical aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Skokomish health clinic support staff. The Office Manager will be responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation. This position will be multi-tasking to assist the various programs. Develop organizational procedures and systems for office personnel, including filing, billing, accounts payable, payroll and scheduling. Multitasking and decision-making skills are essential. Supervision of patient scheduling, registration, medical records, billing and collection, data entry and processing. Associate degree in business or accounting required (B.A. or B.S. preferred). Advanced computer skills, including required proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Experience with scheduling, budgeting and medical office protocol $20.00-$35.00 hourly closes 11/26/18
