Production Workers are expected to learn and work on a broad range of machine and work centers. Work will be assigned based on plant operational needs. Will be using power hand tools and various equipment in day-to-day preparation of making doors, ( e.g. orbital sanders, bander, box knife, hammer, cordless drill, tape gun, hot iron, chop saw, door lifts, panel saw, prefit machine, etc.). Good basic math skills and a minimum of one year manufacturing experience.
Industrial Maintenance/Millwrights install, maintain, upgrade and fabricate machinery and equipment. Will perform preventative and predictive maintenance, as required by supervisor. Must have Industrial Millwright experience, be skilled at using precision hand tools and a have a mechanical aptitude.Qualifications for both positions:
- Has a good work ethic and team attitude
- Solid work history with good references
- Be able to work day or swing shift.
- High school diploma/GED
Successful candidates will need to pass a math test, drug screen and background check prior to employment.

Production employees earn $15.33/hr for the first 30 days and then the hourly wage increases to $17.33.
Millwright/Maintenance positions starting wage is based on prior experience.
