Bachelor of business administration plus 2 months experience real estate. Research market conditions on high end real estate construction industry (residential / commercial) to gather information for management decision making; establish research methodology & design format for data gathering; gather industry, customer, competitors' data, research properties, tax credits, & other legal aspects of acquisitions, & develop SWOT/ROI analyses; analyze quantitative statistical data including historical sales figures /projections & prepare oral and written presentations for management making recommendations for marketing campaigns; develop marketing materials for high end real estate properties (print & online); represent the company at trade association meetings. Knowledge of online real estate marketing tools, AutoCAD, and MS Office required. Experience in social media, online, & mobile research techniques. 1 week/quarter domestic travel; 3 times per year international travel required.
