The CFO/Treasurer manages and directs the District's financial planning and accounting practices, as well as purchasing and warehousing functions, of the District in a fiscally prudent manner that results in accurate recordkeeping. Oversees and directs treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, purchasing, real estate, long range forecasting, and insurance activities for the organization.
