JOB OPPORTUNITY----Community Association Manager
The Lake Limerick Country Club (LLCC) Homeowners Association is seeking a Community Association Manager (CAM). Lake Limerick Country Club is a planned community of more than 1200 developed home sites in Mason County, Washington that celebrated its 50th Anniversary in 2016.
The CAM oversees the operation, maintenance and management of LLCC assets including the Golf Course and pro shop/cafe, an Inn and lounge, two lakes and associated parks and a drinking water system. LLCC has about 35 full time, part time and seasonal staff. This job is complex and demanding. Customer service is a key responsibility. The CAM is also responsible for assisting the Board in discharging its fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities, and insuring sound financial operations. The CAM works with the Board and staff to ensure that all LLCC business is conducted to the highest ethical standards.
The successful candidate will have a combination of experience and skills related to serving customers; developing and governing neighborhoods and communities; supervising and managing employees with differing disciplines and experience; supporting a governing board; and ensuring sound financial, personnel and asset management. Experience working in organizations with food services will be a plus.
