Classroom Assistant

Welcome to the Kumon Center of Lake Grove! We are located on the west side of Lake Oswego on Boones Ferry Road.  Our goal is to teach and guide students the skills needed to become independent, confident learners. We have our own well-stocked library with a reading specialist to work with children on comprehension, fluency, and vocabulary.

We are always looking for candidates interested in working with children — those who enjoy helping children achieve academic success. 

Classroom Assistant 

Experience working with elementary & middle school children to work in my center four days per week, afternoons from 2:30 pm to 6:40 pm. This job will include grading math and reading assignments and answering questions from students. Pay starts at $12 per hour. The center is in Lake Grove Oregon with easy access to freeway and bus lines. Experience with advanced algebra, fluency in written and spoken English preferred. A background check is required.
