Manage the KSU Engagement Center program for the Division of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement (DPAE) to contact alumni, friends, faculty/staff and donors to provide updated information about the university, engage constituents, conduct surveys, secure financial support, and provide meaningful stewardship. Assist in managing the outbound telemarketing and one-to-one digital outreach to meet the center's engagement goals. Reports to the Associate Vice President, Communications and Outreach, DPAE.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations or related field. Four years of progressively responsible experience in telemarketing and/or sales/fundraising to include at least one year of supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to lead others. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours (weekday evenings, occasional weekends as scheduled) is required.
