Customer Service Engineer
Grays Harbor PUD is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to help us with our customers’ requests for electrical service and related work, including design, layout and staking of services and distribution line extensions; applying District standards and policies for customer projects; preparing of cost estimates work sketches, and materials lists; and communicating with a wide variety of team members and customers.
This requires knowledge of electric distribution systems, engineering fundamentals, design, drawings, mathematics, personal computers and Electrical Engineering software; ability to read and understand electrical distribution maps and plans; ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; a 2-year science degree and 5 years experience in the electrical distribution field (or a combination of equivalent education and experience); excellent interpersonal skills; and a valid WA State Driver’s License.
