Responsibilities

Provides management and oversight of Identity and Access Management, Middleware and PeopleSoft Administration teams. Responsible for system configuration and support. Ensures the availability, stability, and security of the Identity and Access Management, Middleware and PeopleSoft Administration systems.

 

Responsible for providing Customer Service and team leadership for various assigned projects. This includes gathering and collaborating with the necessary resources from other teams to accomplish the needs of the projects. Communicates tasks and project needs with supervisor and other members of senior management.

 

Provides day-to-day management of the Identity and Access Management, Middleware and PeopleSoft Administration teams. These responsibilities include but are not limited to; distributing and tracking work assignments to team members under the oversight of the Assoc. Director, hiring, performance evaluation, time-sheet approval, work hours, team structure, task assignment and coordination, and discipline. Provides guidance and assistance to all ITS members of both a technical and leadership nature. Leads by example in all areas. Assists with obtaining necessary resources to support the team requirements.

 

Responsible for financial, fiscal year budgeting, and purchasing related to Identity and Access Management, Middleware and Peoplesoft Admin systems as well as F5 infrastructure. Coordinates with supervisor and ITS Senior Management and related staff on all aspects of financial responsibilities related to Identity and Access Management, Middleware systems, F5 infrastructure and Peoplesoft Admin systems.

 

Responsible for project management from both a technical and planning perspective. Plans, creates, and documents projects within the teams' scope. Works with managers of other teams and members to coordinate project tasks. Assists with the coordination of other teams' projects and tasks. Provides regular project updates to supervisor, senior management, and other managers as appropriate. Provides customers with regular updates on the status of deliverables.

 

Performs duties in compliance with ITS policies, guidelines, and processes pertaining to support requests, work orders, project management, change management, and incident management. Appropriately utilizes associated tools in accordance with ITS standards

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or other appropriate degree and six years’ experience or a combination of appropriate post-high school education and experience equal to ten years.

Ability to maintain and improve personal and team effectiveness, and foster change and creativity.

Ability to meet project deadlines.

Ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment.

Ability to train and supervise employees.

Ability to utilize problem-solving skills.

Ability to utilize technical skills.

 

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
