(Working title: Prospect Development Manager)

Position Purpose
This position advances the development effort by developing, implementing, and directing all aspects of prospect management and research in support of fundraising at The Evergreen State College. Under the general direction of the Associate Director of Advancement Technology and Operations, this position is responsible for providing strategic insight to the development team to aid in planning all aspects of the college’s fundraising programs. The incumbent manages all aspects of pipeline development, prospect data collection, and tracking and systems integration and analyzes and interprets prospect data to inform strategic decision-making. This position may supervise up to three student employees and one full-time prospect research when funding is available and guides the work of Advancement staff, senior leaders, and top-level volunteers relating to prospect engagement, research, and pipeline/portfolio management.
This is a full-time, overtime eligible position on the Olympia Campus of The Evergreen State College.
Salary and Benefits: $4,469 – $6,019 per month of full-time work + excellent benefits including paid sick and vacation leave; paid campus holidays; a generous medical, dental, life, and disability insurance package; and a tuition waiver program.
