Procurement & Supply Specialist 4
(Working title: IT Procurement Specialist)

Position Purpose
This position is responsible for the coordination of IT-related goods and services contracts for the entire college, and assists Computing and Communications and Business Services leadership in developing IT related procurement policy and process. Such areas include, but are not limited to, personal computing devices, software and peripherals; telecommunications and networking goods and services; multimedia and classroom goods and services; enterprise hardware and software systems and services; cloud-based software-as-a-service; digital data sharing agreements; etc. The incumbent provides strategic procurement and contracting advice in obtaining goods and services of high value, mitigated risks, acceptable lifecycle support, and overall best fit within the college’s IT portfolio all while maintaining general expertise to support day to day procurement and contract functions.
This is a full-time, overtime eligible position working on the Olympia campus of The Evergreen State College.
Salary and Benefits: $4,703 – $6,323 per month of full-time work + excellent benefits including paid sick and
vacation leave; paid campus holidays; a generous medical, dental, life, and disability insurance package; and a
tuition waiver program.
