IT Application Development - Senior/Specialist
(Working title: Integrations Developer)

Position Purpose
This position has the primary responsibility for developing data integrations between our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, Ellucian Banner, and dozens of secondary systems and government agencies. This includes building and supporting the bi-directional data integration between the Anthology Reach, Succeed and Outcomes customer relationship management (CRM) system and the Ellucian Banner administrative system.
This position works closely with every division of the college, numerous state and federal agencies, and third- party vendors to plan, build and maintain interfaces.
This position is responsible for the following:
? Develops new interfaces using combinations of SQL, PL/SQL, Python, C#, shell scripts; and data exchange formats such as XML, JSON, text files, REST and GraphQL API calls.
? Serves as lead IT representative on interface projects. Advises, plans and coordinates with the project manager on large interface implementations.
? May serve in the project manager role for smaller implementations that do not have a dedicated project manager.
? Serves as a SQL and PL/SQL subject matter expert and provides guidance for report and query writing to other developers on the Enterprise Applications team and other departments like Institutional Research.
This is a full-time, overtime exempt position on the Olympia Campus of The Evergreen State College. This position is exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act overtime requirements.
Salary and Benefits: $7,354 – $9,893 per month of full-time work + excellent benefits including paid sick and vacation leave; paid campus holidays; a generous medical, dental, life, and disability insurance package; and a tuition waiver program.
