Fiscal Specialist 2

Position Purpose 
This position is responsible for the coordination, reporting, compliance, and integrity of annual financial gifts and grants totaling $3 million+ on behalf of Advancement and The Evergreen State College Foundation. The incumbent collaborates with senior leaders in Advancement, donors, alumni, friends, volunteers, Advancement staff, and units across campus employing industry best practices in utilizing gifts processing and reporting in order to advance the mission of the College and increase external support for Evergreen.

This is a full-time, overtime eligible position in Advancement Services on the Olympia campus of The Evergreen State College.

Salary and Benefits: $3,768 – $5,038 per month of full-time work + excellent benefits including paid sick and vacation leave; paid campus holidays; a generous medical, dental, life, and disability insurance package; and a tuition waiver program.
