Position Purpose
Under administrative direction from the Assistant Accounting Manger/Auditor, this position serves as the college's grant expert and is responsible for the timely and accurate research, analysis, reconciliation, and reporting of highly complex and specialized financial information in the area of Grants, Contracts and The Evergreen State College Foundation. This information is provided to internal and external entities in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and OMB's 2 C.F.R. Part 220 and Sub Part F of the Final Uniform Guidance, and state regulations. Reports must follow each grant's reporting requirements and prescribed rules governing the financial management of federal/state grants and contracts.
This is a full-time, overtime-exempt position in Business Services on the Olympia Campus of The Evergreen State College.
Salary and Benefits: $5,024-6,759 per month of full-time work + excellent benefits including paid sick and vacation leave; paid campus holidays; a generous medical, dental, life, and disability insurance package; and a tuition waiver program.
