Position Purpose
This position updates and manages all the working drawings, both paper and electronic, for Facilities Services; updates as-built documents in the latest version of AutoCAD; provides electronic drawings to consultants as
requested; maintains the space inventory and space utilization data for the Facilities Inventory System (FIS) of the Office of Financial Management (OFM); and updates the room data in the space scheduling system (R25).
This position reports to the Construction Project Coordinator 4 for Facilities Services. This is a full time, overtime-eligible position in Facilities Services on the Olympia Campus of The Evergreen State College.
Salary and Benefits: $3,355.00 – $4,469.00 per month of full-time work + excellent benefits including paid sick and vacation leave; paid campus holidays; a generous medical, dental, life, and disability insurance package; and
a tuition waiver program.
