Position Purpose
This position is responsible for compiling and reporting data and analysis related to recruitment, admissions, enrollment, scholarships, financial aid, and other enrollment information. The position creates, monitors, analyzes, and reports metrics to inform and guide strategic and operational decisions related to the effectiveness of financial aid policies and impact of marketing, recruitment, and retention initiatives.
The Enrollment Data Research Associate’s work illuminates the actions necessary to ensure enrollment growth, both short and long-term. This position provides data and insights pivotal in decision making and tracking the success of chosen initiatives that are critical to enrollment growth.
This is a full-time overtime-exempt position on the Olympia campus of The Evergreen State College. This position is exempt from Washington State Civil Service rules and the Fair Labor Standards Act overtime requirements.
Salary and Benefits: $4,416 - $5,079 per month of full-time work + excellent benefits including paid sick and vacation leave; paid campus holidays; a generous medical, dental, life and disability insurance package; and a tuition waiver program.
