(Working title: Lord Mansion Custodian)
This position reports to the Conference and Parking Services Manager. The position ensures a clean and well-maintained facility by performing routine housekeeping, custodial, maintenance, and groundskeeping related tasks. The incumbent is expected to show a positive and professional attitude and be willing to help with various event sets and strikes to meet needs of customers and the facility. This position works independently while following generally defined methods to perform assigned activities.
This is a full-time, overtime-eligible position at the Evergreen State College Lord Mansion and Coach House in Olympia.
Salary and Benefits: $2,726 – $3,593 per month of full-time work + excellent benefits including paid sick and vacation leave; paid campus holidays; a generous medical, dental, life, and disability insurance package; and a tuition waiver program.
