Position Purpose
Under general supervision of the Construction Project Coordinator 4, this position is responsible for the coordination and oversight of The Evergreen State College (Evergreen) construction projects using the General Conditions for Washington State Facility Construction. The incumbent develops internal procedures and best practices for Evergreen’s capital project section regarding public works, manages in-house Tenant Improvement projects, and manages other projects on an as needed basis. The work requires working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and other Microsoft software, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. This is a full-time, overtime-exempt position on the Olympia campus of The Evergreen State College. This position is exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act overtime requirements.
Salary and Benefits: $6,323.00 – $8,504.00 per month of full-time work + excellent benefits including paid sick and vacation leave; paid campus holidays; a generous medical, dental, life, and disability insurance package; and a tuition waiver program.
