HR ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOREmerald Queen Casino and Hotel
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our HR staff as an ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Admin Division and staff ensuring all internal and external functions are adhered to on a daily basis while maintaining compliance with all applicable federal law and casino policies.
Successful candidates must have:
· AA Degree in Business Administration or closely related field
· Two years previous HR experience for an organization of comparable size
· Previous supervisory experience
· Experience using an HRIS system (Ultipro experience is preferred)
· Exceptional communication skills with proficiency using MS Office Suite
