MARKETING MANAGER FOR ECOLAB INC.
at its facility in St. Paul, MN. Duties: Develop marketing strategies for US Foods by working with our sales team driving strategy into tactical execution. Requires a Master of Business Administration with coursework in Marketing. Experience must include one (1) year post-bachelors progressive experience in all of the following: Business-to-business marketing working with a dedicated salesforce to reach customers in one or more of the following Institutional market segments: restaurants, lodging, or facilities; Business segment P&L and implementing margin enhancement activities for a business greater than $40M in sales; Developing and supporting strategic marketing plans for a $40M+ business-to-business product and service program, developing customer value propositions and creating associated sales materials in the Foodservice, Hospitality and Long Term Care commercial cleaning and sanitizing industries; Working Lean Six Sigma/Enterprise Excellence projects related to dishmachine process improvements; Experience developing and launching internal sales technology and applications related to a closed-loop feedback on quality-related equipment issues; Experience developing and conducting at least one U.S. market research projects in the dishmachine equipment industry, including the development of quantitative and qualitative surveys, voice-of-business interviews, market sizing reports and pricing models; Performing product lifecycle management including determining customer requirements, coordinating product development projects and providing post-launch support; Experience launching at least one new product valued at $20M+ in the dishmachine category and developing go-to-market strategies across Independent and Chain customer segments; Supporting a business-to-business corporate sales force of over 3,000 sales representatives, developing corporate account sales and marketing plans, replying to RFPs, and training customers and sales representatives; Leading marketing efforts to support and close at least one corporate account or chain RFP with value of $500,000 or more in equipment and $3M or more in total annualized sales; Making joint sales calls and providing product presentations to multi-million dollar corporate customers in the institutional lodging or foodservice segments to achieve sales goals; Forecasting product demand and implementing pricing strategies across multiple SKUs and product lines.
