Information Technology and Computing Services (ITCS) is the central agency that supports enterprise-wide computing at East Carolina University. We will achieve this through increasing the core functions and deploying appropriate technology throughout the university.
The ITSM & PPM Services and Support team is responsible for providing the service and support for both our Enterprise Service Management (Ticketing System) and Project Management System. These systems are available to campus and used by faculty, staff, and students to report issue and to track projects.
As a TeamDynamix Administrator, you handle these tasks:
- manage and support our Enterprise Service Management System
- oversee daily operations of service request
- configure and rollout applications in TeamDynamix
- provides security access
- develops workflows
- troubleshoots issues
- evaluate system performance
- project management
- provides training
- consults with clients
- creates end user documentation
- create workflows using REST API and Microsoft Power Automate
- create scripts using PowerShell commands
