PARENT CHILD ASSISTANT PROGRAM (PCAP) CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
Supervisor: Executive Director
General Duties:
Direct the PCAP site and maintain close, ongoing interaction with PCAP team and active participation in the leadership team of Connections, A Center for Healthy Families.
Participate in relevant community task forces and planning committees.
Establish and maintain relationships with multiple providers in Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties.
Conduct presentations and trainings as necessary.
Stay up to date on program-mandated trainings.
Chief Obligations:
Work effectively with little supervision to lead all activities at the PCAP site.
Train and supervise all program staff at the PCAP site.
Participate in Weekly Supervision with direct supervisor.
Provide weekly/bi-weekly individual supervision of case managers.
Facilitate weekly staff meetings.
Seek/screen for potential new clients.
Write and submit reports as required by the University of Washington and Washington State Health Care Authority, including required input of data.
Conduct client intake.
Attend supervisor meetings with other PCAP site supervisors.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-year Bachelor’s degree in field related to program goals; Master’s degree preferred
- Five years of demonstrated leadership ability, supervisory and systems management experience or three years of professional experience in the area of substance use and pregnancy including research and direct patient contact.
- Experience in prioritizing time management and deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in grant management including grant writing, reporting, and financial management.
-Required PCAP training will be provided per University of Washington protocols.
Must pass a criminal background check. May require disclosure of Washington State Patrol criminal identification records (WAC 388-06-0170 & RCW 43.43.832).
Salary Range: $50,000-56,000 DOE
