Compensation and Benefits:
The City offers paid health insurance: currently Anthem Blue Cross PPO medical insurance, Assurant dental and life insurance, and VSP vision plan. The City currently covers the employee and applicable dependents on the medical plan with a minimal monthly employee contribution. Dental and vision coverage for the employee is paid by the City, dependent costs are covered by the employee on a pre-tax basis.
