Marketing & Communications Specialist
The Association of Washington Cities (AWC) is a private, non-profit, non-partisan organization, which provides a wide array of legislative, training, and other services to all cities and towns in the state of Washington. AWC is recruiting for the part-time position of Marketing & Communications Specialist. The position is responsible for developing and coordinating the marketing efforts and day to day operations of the organizations member job board and governmental cooperative purchasing program.
The successful candidate will have experience analyzing data and must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Associate’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for some or all of the educational requirements. Three to five years of work experience in marketing and communications required.
