Education Developer
The Association of Washington Cities (AWC) is a private, non-profit, non-partisan organization, which provides a wide array of legislative, training, and other services to all cities and towns in the state of Washington. AWC is recruiting for the position of Education Developer. The purpose of this position is to plan, develop, implement and evaluate eLearning and face-to-face curriculum within the member education team.
The successful candidate will have outstanding communication, presentation and facilitation skills. Knowledge of adult learning principles including blended learning strategies, SAM and ADDIE Models preferred. Bachelor’s degree in adult education, instructional technology, organizational development, or related field required. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for some or all of the educational requirements. Minimum two years’ experience in adult education, including any combination of facilitating, design and development and a minimum of one year of practical experience with eLearning instructional design and/or administering webinars required.
